NEW LIMITED RELEASE Brimham Bilberry Gin

Our new Batch of Brimham Bilberry Gin 39.2% ABV is finally ready.  Most of the Bilberries in this gin are harvested locally from Brimham.  It is available in 50cl and 20cl bottles.  After macerating the Bilberries and these have been soaked for 8 months, we have added sugar which gives it that smooth syrupy texture.

Serve Neat from a glass or hip flask.
