Summer Solstice

Best served over ice and don’t be shy with your measure of gin. Just add a splash or two of a plain regular tonic with a garnish of a slice of either fresh or frozen Pink Grapefruit or dried Pink Hibsicus Flowers to turn it fabulously pink or if you are feeling decadent, why not use both! We favour Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water or their Skinny Tonic Water as it has just the right amount of everything so as to compliment your Gin and Tonic rather than adding any unwanted flavours in or the plainest tonic you can find. The Gin is the star of the show.

45ml Whittaker's Summer Solstice

30ml Green Apple Schnapps

22ml Lemon Juice

10ml Gomme Syrup

Method - Shake altogether and double strain into a highball glass and garnish with dried apple, rosemary or thyme and lemon zest - DELICIOUS!!

Distilled in limited batches and lovingly bottled and labelled by hand at our family home.
