If a breakage occurs before delivery we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the broken item. Breakages must be notified by email and phone within three working days. The broken goods are to be returned within a further seven days from notification. We can also arrange to collect the goods at our cost but will require further information from you regarding where the goods may be collected from. Incorrect information provided by you which results in additional costs to may incur a contra charge to you.

Any agreed refunds will be made within 30 days from agreement.
