An international award winning super smooth 57% ABV London dry gin with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with signature botanicals of  Hawthorn Berries, Billberries, earthy Bog Myrtle, home grown garden Thyme with a gentle hint of fresh lemon citrus.  This gin is really dry with a bit of a Martini feel about it.

You may be expecting a harsh experience from this gin but you couldn’t be further from the truth. You get a big hit of 57% alcohol on your palette first but then it mellows almost instantly leaving you with a super smooth savoury after taste.

This gin comes from the Original distillation but is the very last cut of the heart so don’t be fooled as it tastes totally different. Again, this gin is totally unfiltered so when served over ice, it may turn a little cloudy as the oils come out of solution but this way, it does not loose its nose, taste and unique character when served.

This Gin was awarded a Silver Medal and Best in Class at the American Distilling Institute Awards in 2018.

You can do all sorts of wonderful things with this gin! It is amazing in a Martini, you can drink it neat after dinner with something salty like a briny green olive or simply just as a gin and tonic with a garnish of a fresh sprig of woody garden Thyme or just simply with a fresh or frozen slice of Lemon. We favour Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water or their Skinny Tonic Water as it has just the right amount of everything so as to compliment your Gin and Tonic rather than adding any unwanted flavours in or the plainest tonic you can find. The Gin is the star of the show.

30ml Whittaker's Navy Strength

10ml White Rum

15ml Galliano

15ml Tripple Sec

20ml Lime Juice

10ml Vanilla Syrup

Method - Shake altogether and pour directly into a highball glass - Garnish with dried pineapple, Maraschino Cherry and orange peel - DELICIOUS!!!
